In 2017, Greystar began construction on a luxury multifamily development, Elan Crockett Row, in Fort Worth, Texas with their partners at Hart Plumbing Southwest. This project features 380 multifamily units. All pipe and fixtures this project were provided through Morrison Supply Company.

This project is currently under construction.
